Class Descriptions
Barre A fusion of isometric barre movements combined with glute exercises to focus on tightening and toning the lower body. By fatiguing one muscle group at a time we build and tone lean muscles.

Boot camp This is a metabolic conditioning class that keeps your heart rate elevated. Exercises are used for strength and endurance building. Formats consist of rounds for time, high reps, as many reps as possible, every minute on the minute, etc. The format and exercises change for each class but always consists of a 5 minute warm up and detailed instructions by your trainer. In this class we utilize battle ropes, Med balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, tires, weight sled, and do exercises such as sprints and agility drills. *Please note the trainer will modify all exercises for those with injuries or certain joint and muscle issues*
Cardio Circuit Don’t worry, it’s not just running on the treadmill. This class is designed to give you many different ways to move your body while improving your cardiovascular ability.High intensity interval training that consists of the use of weights and body weight to target strength and endurance building. A timer is used and the equipment used consists of battle rope, medballs, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and resistance bands. The class is always different to always keep you guessing and learning new things! Sometimes it is done on a timer and sometimes it is done in sets with reps. This class ranges from 30min-45min depending on what the trainer has planned for that day. The instructor lays out all equipment before class and gives detailed instructions along with a 5 minute warm up. *Please note the trainer will modify all exercises for those with injuries or certain joint and muscle issues*

Cardio Strength is a 30 minute, high intensity class. It is a combination of strength, resistance and plyo exercises that is sure to make your fitness grow!
Grind This is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 45 seconds with a short transition period between stations. There are both high-intensity and resistance exercises that can be modified for any fitness level. The duration of the class is approximately 30-45 minutes.

SHiNE is a dance fitness workout combining hit music and choreography to help students feel confident and strong. This high-cardio exercise combines jazz, ballet and hip hop moves with calisthenics in a HIIT format for a full-body workout.

Spin w/ Weights This class consists of high Intensity intervals and light weight, high rep strength moves on the stationary bike. The instructor will guide you through a set of bike intervals consisting of sprints, runs, and climbs, then the class switches to timed high rep upper body weights while still spinning! Class length ranges from 35-45 min.

Step & Tone Classic cardio workout that incorporates small intervals of resistance training. We use a platform(adjustable height for any fitness level) that we step on, around, and over to boost heart rate. We use small weights or resistance bands for toning.

Strength & Sculpt A class for all fitness levels. All major muscle groups are targeted by using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and more. This class is designed to help you strengthen and tone all those target areas!
Yoga This 1 hour, non-aerobic form of exercise improves muscle tone, increases flexibility, and reduces daily stress through breathwork, stretching and static poses.
Zoomba A fitness program that involves international music with dance moves. The dance routines incorporate interval training by alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. It’s more like a party than a workout! Carol and Julie put on a great class!
