Rush Hour Facility and Amenities

Rush Hour is a family owned gym where you not only workout, but become part of a family. We have a full service weight room with dumbbells up to 150 lbs, cardio equipment, child care, tanning bed and spray tans, and locker rooms to secure your personal items. We also offer group fitness classes and personal trainers to help you with your fitness journey.

Weight Room

We offer dumbbells up to 150lbs & over 50 different Strength Machines from Matrix, Freemotion, Pro-Maxima and More.

Cardio Equipment

We have six treadmills, five ellipticals, five stationary bikes, arc machine, and two stair steppers

Group Exercise

With more than twenty classes per week designed for all fitness levels, and with group fitness instructors ready to motivate you, you are sure to find one that meets your needs.

Kid Care

Bring your kids in while you workout! Children 6 months up to 12 years of age are welcome. There is an add on fee of $10/ month for the first child and an extra $5 for each additional. Please do not bring your children in if they are running a fever or have been in the last 48 hours. We follow the same rules as the school systems do for the sick policy.

Personal Training

We have three Personal Trainers on site who work independently for Rush Hour as an extra service. Each trainer sets their own schedule and fees. Please see our Personal Trainer section for contact information.

Spin Room

Equipped with Star-Trac Sprinter NXT brand bikes. Available anytime to use or come take a class with one of our instructors. See our group fitness schedule to see when spin classes are offered.

Tanning

Two tanning beds available to use anytime.

Locker Rooms

Men and Women Locker Rooms with two private showers each. There are also lockers available to use while you're here. We ask that you bring your own lock.
